Okay, the reviewer who gave this Dunkin a 1 is a bit ridiculous. The people that live around that "island" are fine, as are the people in this Dunkin. An incredibly rude and off topic comment, as well as two years old.
Anyway, the parking lot IS small. I can't speak for the people who sit there and if there are grumpy old men, well they're grumpy old men.
As for the coffee and the service – coffee and food is great, always right. The staff is super friendly, fast and attentive – they smile which is nice to see. I don't linger, just go in and get what I need. I've actually never had trouble finding a parking spot because it does move so quickly – and there's plenty of side street parking if you need.
