Good Dominican food up in the Bronx. However.. VERY slow service. Like… Frustratingly slow. both times we've been here it's 1 server per the whole right side of the restaurant . This time we literally had to chase our server down because we had been there for a hour and a half already just waiting around.
most of the people are in line for the mini lunch special (good selection, changes daily).
I ordered the pernil with rice and beans (red). The pernil was very juicy and flavorful! Super tender and it came with a piece of chicharrón on top.
Also, there are Spanish soap operas playing on all the TVs… Quite entertaining!
