Gonna start this off with positives, they make a decent breakfast wrap and they have whole wheat and non-whole wheat wrap options. A lone boiled egg is also only .75 cents. This is good.
Now for the negatives, this place is dingy. A haven for flies even when it's not hot or humid outside. The bags of chips are dusty. DUSTY. WHAT?! That's not a good sign at all!
I ate lunch here twice. First time was a turkey sandwich. Not much cheaper than other delis in the neighborhood, I told them honey turkey and surprise, they gave me regular. I understand that mistakes happen, however when there are only 2 people there at 12:30pm (prime lunch in midtown and this place being empty often is also not a good sign). The second time I got a quesadilla, it was pathetic – greasy and kind of cold.
Breakfast here is pretty cheap and your standard fare, I do like their breakfast wraps. But seriously, with so many deli options around here, go somewhere else.

Got a free chicken burrito with level up promotion, but it was more like a pressed panini and it dripped juices everywhere.
So I can't complain about the taste, but the presentation was complete catastrophe from a burrito.
