  1. This place is great, but is really pricey. I only come here when I have enough to splurge lol. I don't come often because I bring my own lunch everyday because of these crazy city/tourist prices.

I admit, that their flatbread sandwiches are THE BOMB!!!!  I have tried a few of them. The Cuban is to die for!  This is actually the 2nd time ive been here in 2 wks. Also, they make things fresh. Some of the salads are also ready made so you can pick it up to go.

Dining in is also good. The place is always clean. The service is quick. They definitely have healthier choices. I do recommend to others.

  2. $5 for bacon egg and cheese on a roll. Their competitor is the cart outside that sells the same product for $3. Say what you will about street food, but at least it's warm!

I should have been warned when I saw the pre-cooked bacon sitting in a room-temp pile. But with a pile that size, I expected to at least receive a decent amount of bacon – disappointed there as well. The roll entirely overpowered the sandwich's scarce contents.

What's keeping this above a single star is the pleasant appearance of the space and the breadth of the selection. I sense that there's something worth eating here – I just didn't order it.

  3. I enjoy their assortment of foods. Most of all their pastries. I have a weakness for sweets. If you also have a sweet tooth then you'll enjoy their variety.

  4. Since Chop't was closed we headed over to Europa Cafe with low expectations. They were warranted.

    The Bad:

    1. The place was empty and yet a salad and a quinoa bowl took FOREVER. Not sure why there was so much confusion?

    2. Food didn't look too fresh (my husband, who will pretty much eat anything fast food made this point, if that tells you anything).

    3. The highly advertised quinoa bowl had a very strange burned taste to it and had zero flavor. I doused it in mustard to make it palatable.

    The Good:

The restaurant seems clean. Until you go into the bathroom. Don't do that.

Bottom Line: I won't be returning for any reason. Ever.

  5. they make very consistent panini sandwiches. They are larger than the ones that you typically find at any deli, but they are priced at around $9 a piece. I have always liked that they serve the sandwiches with a sauce on the side. They also have a pasta and quinoa station if you are into that. Some of the stuff is pretty pricey, eg, the breakfast bread which is $3.50 a slice, even at lunch time. I'd probably stick to the basics here.

  6. Been here a few times and the prices always kinda suck for the portions.

Finally got to try the famous lentil soup. It looked like it had minestrone pieces in it and tasted suspiciously like somebody had taken lenil soup and minestrone soup and just mixed them together. Unfortunately it also took on the watery appearance of the minestrone. It was alright. $5.25 for a large

The sandwiches here sound great on paper but taste a bit bland. They really skimp on the good stuff like meat and sauces. $8.25 for the pre-made ones on display.

During the egg shortage, they were the only place in the area to jack up prices by a whole dollar for everything egg related

Everything is just underwhelming and you're WAY better off going to a non-chain deli next around the corner. Definitely catered to tourists

  7. Came by for breakfast the other day and the experience was okay.

Ordered the #1 with 2 eggs over-easy, sausage, potatoes, and toast for $5.99. Sausage was pretty basic…similar to McDonald's and both the eggs, potatoes, and toast were also basic.

The latte was okay, better than Starbucks.

All in all, an okay place for breakfast for ~$10.

  8. I love Europa Cafe! I was in the area and I needed a quick bite to eat. I wanted something inexpensive so I stopped in Europa Cafe.

I ordered the create your own pasta. It was delicious! The young man working the pasta station was very friendly and asked how I liked my pasta cooked.

The young woman working the register was pleasant and asked if I wanted a drink or dessert.
