To be frank, most gluten free baked goods — especially breads are tasteless, crumbly, and dry. Somehow, Fallon has cracked the code for really good GF bread, and I am so glad she did. The multi-grain bread and white sandwich bread are great, and as close to "normal" bread as I have had in 6 years, since being diagnosed with Celiac Disease. It is worth the trip to go there, even if you are not close to Fords NJ (near Woodbridge). I would suggest calling ahead & ordering because they often sell out fast, especially on Sat morning.
