Better than I remember but still not the best bagel I have had. They do offer you a free 1/2 pound of cream cheese with every dozen bagels purchased. And their price for a dozen bagels is only $9.50 which is a lot cheaper than most of the other joints nearby. The people were moderately friendly, although it wasn't that they were mean, more likely a bit tired and apathetic. The interior is dated and worn, kind of like the customers inside.
Seriously the slowest bagel/breakfast shop I've ever visited. I'm not sure why the owners/workers run around this place like headless chickens; they make themselves needlessly super busy.
It's the closest bagel shop to me but I would rather drive a little further to another bagel shop a few blocks down just because the service is so excruciatingly slow.
