I'll start of by saying that this is not my typical go to spot. My cousin invited us here to celebrate her birthday. When we arrived there was so much security that it seemed like we were at the security gate at JFK. Unlike the TSA, the staff here were all very nice and friendly, the one lady who patted me down and searched me like I was smuggling drugs explained that she has found many razor blades and that's why she needs to be very thorough. Once you get past security we went to drop off our coats and apparently this place has some outrageous prices to leave your coat. We paid $10 and this was because the girl was nice to let us use one hanger for both of our coats. We got here after 1am Saturday night and it was pretty packed. The space itself is very narrow and there are some nice chandeliers, there are tables and benches that are partitioned of and this is the VIP Area. The bathroom was nice. The majority of the people are are just standing around the tables smoking hookah. The crowd here was very diverse in ages and it seem that there were way more guys than women here. There didn't seem to be a dress code. One thing that stood out about this place was the amount of staff they have here, tons of security, busboys, bottle service girls, dancers, bathroom attendants, multiple djs. I'm not sure why they need this much security but I did feel very safe. There was no dancing really just people standing around singing to the music and smoking hookah. The music was pretty good and the dj was very good at going with what the crowd liked. Overall I felt that this place was fun but extremely overpriced, my cousin had bottle service and hookah and the alcohol that she chose was Buchanan and the bill was over $1,000!!! Maybe if you have a lot of disposable income from drug sales or you just got a huge tax refund from your 6 kids and need a place to show off your cash then this place is for you!
