  1. You can go to The Capital Grille and get a wagyu burger with a glass of wine for $25 which is pretty much what i feel like i end up paying here for a fucking sloppy as mystery meat burger, some fries and a cola. They'll charge you $5 for a drink just cuz. I don't understand how they justify these prices. The burger is greasy and decent, but not for $10. That's a $3-4 burger at most. In-N-Out charges like 2-3 bucks for a fresh never frozen patty with the best quality ingredients you can imagine for the toppings. Even the fries are hand cut and never frozen. I don't understand 5 guys business model; you can honestly get a better burger at McDonald's.

  2. Typical Five Guys (which is always a good thing.

My burger was awesome as usual. Fries weren't as good as they normally are, but maybe they had an off night.

The location was empty when I came.

  3. Your standard Five Guys Burgers and Fries. Staff always courteous, line is not too bad – and it is a quick ordering and then grabbing it to one of the tables or to go. Decent service and decently clean. Shares the same parking lot as Applebees, CVS, Qdoba and is nearby the Q17, Q88 and Q30 bus stops. Right across the street from Starbucks and Boston Market.

Tasty burgers along with their Cajun fries? You are good to go! Nothing too special and nothing too bad.

  4. I usually love this location but I had a bit of a negative experience here today. The staff here is friendly and hospitable for the most part, which I love. However, I went in today for Little Fries and a Kosher Hotdog (my emphasis usual order) unfortunately it took the guy on the grill around 15 minutes to make my hotdog because he had so much food on the grill. As a result my hotdog was over done and even a bit charred..it was edible but definitely could've been better…they didn't even recognize their mistake or offer to remake it. I was in a rush so I didn't say anything but I'm a bit disappointed with this location.

  5. This is the second Five Guys location I've been to. I been to this location twice and it sure can get crowded especially during the warmer seasons when everyone is coming out to shop, watching movies at the theater, and etc. There isn't a lot of seating area at this Five Guys, but there is a parking lot available in the back!

Service is pretty quick. Staff are friendly and quick at taking orders. The burgers and fries here are pretty good like your standard Five Guys.

  6. What a difference! I was just about ready to write this place off for good after my last visit but I got more than a few concerned calls from management, wanting to get to the bottom of the bad service I received and to encourage me to give them another chance to make things up. I've gone back a few random times since, and I've never again seen the snippy girl who took my order last time. In her place are servers who are nothing but warm and helpful, even with an order as simple as burgers and fries.

The food has remained predictable, but in a happy way. Fries are hot and served in generous portions, and I was especially happy to watch the guy handling my burger change his meat-stained gloves before making my vegetarian one, even without my asking. My only qualms lie with the take out orders, which an be a little challenging because the paper cups that they're put in allow the fries to condensate, and then they lose that fresh-fried crispiness that makes for such good eating when dining in. Still, I'm not one to complain about the occasional flaccid fry, especially when everything is made hot and fresh.

There's been a huge turnaround with service here and I'm happy to settle back into my fast food groove (though my waistline isn't nearly as glad).

  7. I came here twice, and the burgers here are great.  The fries are good as well. You pretty get what you expect from a Five Guys burger place.  The difference is the location good for those that drive, because its in fresh meadows.  You can however take a bus.

The prices here appear to be more expensive than the other five guys locations.  It is conveniently near the AMC 7 on Horace harding expressway, so this is a convenient place to eat right before or after the movies.

  8. Very tasty burgers, a lot of condiments, nice staff and the price is right. Love their food, their staff is great and the store is in a great location.
