The price is definitely the driving factor.
The food overall is decent with some hits (shrimp with broccoli, clams in black bean sauce, chicken nuggets and fries) and misses (too buttery hibachi, weak desserts, not enough fish & quality sushi options).
The servers frequently walk by the tables so you can easily flag them down. For buffet standards $11.99/person for Sunday lunch including seafood is a really good deal.
