Flaming Grill & Supreme Buffet
“The hibachi in the back is very good & they cook the food that you select right in front of you to order.”
“As mentioned before, the quality of most of the food is average, although the night we went, there was a good supply of fresh fish (salmon, flounder and whitefish).”
“My faves here were the stuffed mushrooms, Honey Chicken, fresh shrimp (Jumbo!)”

For the amount of food I ate when I went, this place is a steal. Literally, they probably lost money because of how much I ate.
So many options to choose. Sushi, hibachi, bacon wrapped chicken, pasta, Chinese everything.
Usually when you go to a buffet, you're pretty skeptical about how clean it will be/how good the food is. But this place is great! Clean, organized and the food was good.
The only downside was one of our waitresses seemed to be eyeing down our table hinting at us to leave. Seemed kind of rude, but other than that, this place is great.
Just another buffet that I wanted to try out. I can't complain at all. Great good, pretty fast paced, fair price. The only thing that does bother me is that they didn't have crab legs. I love me some crabs legs! But maybe huge buffets like this one doesn't have them because they can get a bit messy? Either way, my sisters and I had a nice dinner here and we agreed that this place is much, much better than the buffet we always go to that is close to home. This is also another place that I want to bring the rest of my family.. I think they'll like it just as much as we did (maybe even more).
While my visiting my elderly mother for a week she had me take her here 3 TIMES! She loves this place and it's easy to see why. Very friendly staff and very, very clean. The food selection went beyond the normal buffet fare. They even had very good Spanish food. I especially liked their sushi selection and the Hibachi Grill. Interesting that they want you to use 2 plates at the Hibachi. One for meats and the other for the vegetables, I liked that. Guess when I visit mom again I will gladly be taking her back.
great buffet! thank goodness it's not so close from where I am because if it is, I would go here so often and get so fat hahaha.
All the buffet-type food you can imagine+selections that you might not see elsewhere.
Great get-together place, and reasonably priced.
Ice Cream comes in like 10 flavors, oh myyyy….
NJ Buffet Hibachi Grill & Sushi..
Pretty much the typical low cost, extra extra greasy Chinese buffet you'd find on any corner in Flushing, Queens.
Cleanliness isn't of the highest concern here.
The hibachi grill was pretty good, made-to-order… however the meats are all pretty much frozen/stale looking.. except for the beef, the only one that looked on the fresher side.
I couldn't recommend this place.. unless you are low on cash and have a major hankering for greasy Chinese food that is endless.
*sushi (there was an array of sushi, most of which were just ok. The sashimi was decent but not the freshest. The sushi rice was alright but a little too hard for me. The spicy tuna wasn't even spicy and everything else tasted the same; the best thing was the seaweed salad which was probably bought from a store); buffalo wings (surprisingly good, the wings were huge and they cooked the chicken perfectly)
*brussel sprouts (what on earth Chinese buffet has brussel sprouts?! haha, regardless it was pretty good albeit on the oily side)
*mei fun
*hot & sour soup (there were so many veggies in here! it wasn't sour enough or spicy enough but thankfully it wasn't salty which I appreciated)
*salmon (wtf kinda salmon is white?!!! definitely misleading and completely not what it's labeled to be and it wasn't even good)
*white fish (i'm pretty sure the white fish and salmon were the same thing but just flavored different haha)
*plantains (meh, it was ok, I wish they were sweeter but they were alright, nothing special)
*donuts (omg!!!!!!! best thing at this damn buffet. I think I ate like 2 or three of these, they were sooo good! fresh and soft and fluffy and perfect amount of sugar coating the ball, loved it!)
*cookies n cream ice cream; coffee ice cream
This buffet is huge. There are a lot of stations and a lot of everything. However, I wish they had better meats and fishes. There was only prime rib and different chicken dishes.. spare rib and I think regular bbq ribs but they weren't that great looking. I thought the sushi could be fresher. There was a good selection of fruits and desserts. I liked the ice cream station. You can scoop it straight from the tub containers and there's the small sinks of warm water to put the scoops back into; I wish they rinsed those out more often, it was really foggy looking. They have a hibachi station but I never make use of those haha. The buffet itself is pretty clean and the bathrooms are clean as well. The service is also good and they're friendly. It's about $13 pp for dinner over the weekends which is SUPER cheap!! It's a great deal but I'd rather go to the buffet on Route 17.
I was visiting New Jersey and after a day of fun adventures,my friends and I were starving. We were on the road looking for any place that seemed like a good place to have a meal. We came across this plaza and decided this was the place to grab a bite before heading back home. It was delicious and wallet friendly. I love all you can eat buffets. This place had good selections and was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly. No one in my group had any complaints. We all enjoyed our food. I would eat here again if I was near the area.
Brought the family here for dinner for my step-son's birthday.. Pretty large place, nice selection of Chinese food. The sushi tasted really fresh and it was being made on the spot – not pre made – very good and a nice variety. The hibachi grill had a nice selection of choices for your meal and making it was quick. The buffet was a nice size…. not too big or small, the food was hot and everything I tasted was fresh – not like it had been sitting out for a while. And for the kids (and big kids), nice dessert spread. Price was right, for 6 dinners and three drinks, just about 92 bucks.. Not too shabby at all. We'll definitely return and it's highly recommended! Oh, they also have take out buffet prices and they didn't look all that bad either. Nice place 🙂
