Giving this a 3-star because it isn't one stop shopping.
They have pretty much all the staples you'll need – dairy, eggs, good produce, canned and bottled goods, other non perishables.
But, the quality of the pre-packaged meats is a little dubious (greyish looking chicken, not so fresh looking cuts of pork and beef. The ground beef I got was pretty good, but I think I might stick to fairway or Wholefoods for meat purchases. They also don't really have a lot of bread, although the wheat kaiser rolls are pretty good.
They have a great selection of instant soups, and a lot of dominican staples like plantains and less common cuts of meet (that do look a lot fresher) so it's definitely a great place to go if you're looking for inspiration or some quick eats.
Stopped by a couple of times while staying close by on vacation. Well stocked and friendly staff. Everything we purchased was fresh, and for NYC there were a ton of options. Even a butcher working in the back and a deli to get fresh sandwiches.
Glad it was close by, saved us a lot of money while on vacation.
