My office orders from this place almost daily and not once have they had a correct order. I opt out of the morning ritual of ordering because I am never happy.Their prices are through the roof and if you ask for extra ANYTHING literally ANYTHING they will charge you 150+, even for a teaspoon of mayo. Now, don't get me wrong, I am not in any form of the word frugal or unwilling to pay for quality…when there is quality. Not worth what is paid for and as stated you'll they will most likely get that order wrong.
ON A PLUS NOTE, the two stars are for their service. If your order is wrong they will try and correct it. This is much appreciated but once you mess up so many times correcting it wont merit a returning customer. Sorry Fresh Central, but you just don't cut it.
So glad this place opened (again). This spot has a tough time keeping a business, but this iteration seems to be holding on. Luckily for me, because otherwise you have to walk to 2nd avenue or 34th street. I only really go here for coffee, but the people are always friendly and the owner seems very nice. It's usually pretty busy with people getting breakfast sandwiches or lunch. It's a little bit slower than some of the other places in the area, but I don't mind waiting for the convenience of being around the corner from work.
Ugh I was so excited for a bagel sandwich, I was craving one all day. They had good choices and everything looked great until I found a hair in my food. I did eat the half of the sandwich that didn't have the hair on it but I almost couldn't stomach it because I was so grossed out, I know a lot of people wouldn't have even eaten a bite. I was on my lunch break coming from work at the hospital so I don't have the freedom to take the sandwich back or the time to go get food elsewhere. Glad I also bought a bag of chips but the salt and vinegar chips were so salty I couldn't really eat the whole bag, though the handful I did eat were tasty, just unbelievably salty. I guess my can of Diet Coke was the best part of the meal.
