Feels like sitting down at a friend's parent's house in Spain. To be clear, this is Spanish food, not Mexican. Expect Paella, Anchovies, Mussels, Fish, and Chorizo. Main meals are large enough to split or make a family-style sharing portion out of. I ordered the Spanish Chicken and received two large chicken breasts with a tomato chorizo sauce and a few veggies. Tasty- no complaints at all. The complimentary bread was a bit hard and came with butter rather than olive oil- but I that's what more Americans expect anyway. A solid option in this area and a huge meal that may actually end up being two meals if you can take it to go.
Great Spanish food, comfy place, good to spend an evening with friends.
Hidden gem… Galicia serves up the best sancocho in the city… Actually the best I've had outside of my family's! Their food is speedy, service is quick, and their lunch specials are great. You can eat a heaping bowl of sancocho with rice and avocado for under $6 for lunch. AWESOME
The place doesn't look like much when you walk in. However, the food's really good and plentiful. Everything is made to order so fair warning, it may take some time.
The waitress was also really friendly and polite.
