What can I say, this grocery store is right off the subway stop for work. The deli makes a variety of sandwiches which are big and tasty! I personally love the grilled chicken wrap!
This place would normally get 4 stars if they weren't so expensive compared to the other nearby delis. We're talking about a difference up to $2 for the same sandwich.
Anyways… the one thing this place has the other delis beat is the variety of meats and additional sandwich toppings.
They really do have great sandwiches – and they are 24 hours which comes in handy sometimes! Though they are pricier than the supermarket and bodega, I often stop by for the occasional last minute purchase. I also frequent their flower section whenever I have to pick something up for my mom or grandma. Usually the flowers are fresh and pretty but sometimes they are no good and I have to go elsewhere.
One memory I have with this place is when I was about 11-12 years old and was $5 short for a bouquet for my mom on Mother's Day. The guy was really nice and let me have it anyways!
PS – I've recently seen a new sign on their storefront that they now carry Russian food and products! I LIKE!
