“I don't mean that in a "trying-to-be-cutsey" way, I mean THIS WAS THE BEST CROISSANT I'VE HAD OUTSIDE OF PARIS.”

I really liked the concept of Tiny Treats – who doesn't love miniature and bite sized baked goods?!
Unfortunately I think most of the baked goods have a lot to be desired. While the small croissants are buttery and flaky, the rest of the glazed and sprinkled goodies taste over processed and are just a bit unreasonably priced.
Even though the baked goods aren't so great, the seating is really nice and a good spot to hang out with a friend after you have dinner.
Visually their desserts are beautiful. The glazes on the tarts are shiny and all I wanted to do was take a bite of each one. My friend and I ordered two desserts to go: the chocolate mousse cake and the tiramisu. They came out to about 11 for both, and while I was thrilled to try them, I was disappointed by the actual taste.
Flavors, while not inedible, just didn't match my expectations. The chocolate dessert was bland (and this coming from a chocolate fiend!), and the tiramisu didn't have that espresso taste I was hoping for. Some vanilla in the marscapone would have helped too.
Agree with some of the other reviewers. The place is definitely cute and gives off the home cooked vibe. Visually everything is beautiful but the prices are outrageous (5.50 for a piece of cake) and to be honest not that good. The carrot cake was refrigerated so it had a bit of a stale taste, the bread was dry and there was no moistness to it at all. The ratio of cake to frosting/cream cheese was way off as well. Wouldn't come back.
