This place L I T E R A L L Y has the best iced coffee. Why?
1 – It only comes in one, fairly large size, and its $2.25. Cheaper than most places around.
2 – Before the put in the iced coffee, they melt the sugar with a squirt of hot coffee. Its the simple things that make the difference.
3 – They throw a sleeve on the cup (the ones that go on hot coffee) for you. Again, the simple things….
Great little deli stop on the way out for the day. Lots of options for breakfast and lunch including a TON of vegetation choices!
I tried the 'Hummy' sandwich – multigrain bread, hummus, lettuce, tomato, sprouts and avocado. Delicious! Lots of grab and go food here as well to add to your meal. Friendly staff and reasonable prices too! Overall great experience.
Went here to grab a bite for lunch on a weekday. It was a little past lunch hour so there was no wait–though I did have to grab cash since the credit card limit is $10, which isn't great.
For my meal, I decided to go with the corned beef, swiss, cole slaw, and russian dressing on a hero. The sandwich was a decent size, but nothing crazy huge like some people have claimed. In addition, the flavor of the sandwich was very average as the coleslaw and russian dressing combo didn't do much to add flavor.
Overall, this place isn't bad, there are just much better bodegas around the area for the same price.
