I placed an order online. Great. Easy. But thenI called them an hour after to ask about the state of my order and was told it was on it's way and that she'd call the delivery guy. Once it neared two hours we went out to eat somewhere else and I didn't answer when the delivery guy called. Was that a jerk move? Probably. But when you're starving waiting for two hours is ridiculous.
