I've been coming to hackensack pastry shop my whole life!!
Jack and Kathleen do a fantastic job! Their cookies and pastries are always fresh!! Their Italian ice and ice cream, AMAZING!! Best part, everything is made on location!!
Italian ice – must have lemon! So refreshing on a hot sticky summer day!
Ice cream – mint chip and butter pecan – awesome!
Atmosphere is unique! The pastry shop has been around for over 70 years, lots of character from the minute you walk in!
Must try when you're in the area! They are open from mid November until New Year's Day and then mid may until Labor Day!
This is a tough place to try out since they are closed so much.
Limited amount of offerings, but what they have is quite good. Definitely try the cannoli. The filling was awesome. The cookies and biscotti were fresh and tasty.
Give a call before you go, they are closed more than they are open.
