  1. I'm not generally a fan of Chinese food but this place is probably the best Chinese food I've ever had. The food just tastes fresher and better than most Chinese places. I've tried the General Tso's Chicken, chicken wings, fried rice, and they were all delicious. Whenever the odd craving for Chinese strikes I go to Halal Dynasty. It's not a nice eat in place. I would say it's strictly for take out.
