I have visited this place for lunch. Since it was newly open the restaurant was very clean. This place serves Korean style hot noodle (handmade). It seems like they have three different colors of noodle, most likely using different ingredient.
Their specialty noodle uses perilla seed powder as the broth, but I decided to order a seafood spicy noodle. I thought it had a good amount of shellfish, mussel and shrimp, and the portion was very generous. It was just that the noodle I thought was in general a little bit too heavy.
Service was very good. Unlike usual Korean eatery, they were very attentive in terms of filling water and side dishes. It is too early to judge, but I hope this place do well, especially as this is a 4th restaurant I see opening in the last year and a half.
We popped in randomly for lunch and it was definitely a great choice! I ordered the spicy noodle soup with beef and vegetables. The noodles are really delicious, and the soup is very hot. It's not too spicy for me, but I can usually handle a lot of spicy. The portion is very generous, and the waitresses and waiters are very observant and keep refilling our sides and water. I shared my noodles with my boyfriend who ordered dumplings, ate about 1/3 of it, and still have another 1/3 of it to bring home. My boyfriend felt his dumplings are so-so even though he has been trying to find a Korean restaurant that serves dumplings without glass noodles in it (he is not a fan of noodles in dumplings). Overall, I think this is a really good noodle restaurant. Probably not the place for other sort of dishes.
