A gameday highlight, if you can beat the crowds, & a treat to visit for the rock & roll fan any other day of the year, the Hard Rock Yankee Stadium is a dining oasis in the desolate wasteland of the south Bronx.

You don't want McDonald's, you don't want Burger King, you don't want some scary looking dive that has goat on the menu?  Then go for themed cuisine centered around the legends of rock & roll!  Like any Hard Rock location, memorabilia lines the walls, but there are special touches here, given its proximity to Yankee Stadium, which I'll leave for you, as the diner to discover.

Pick up a souvenir pin in the Rock Shop (they have Yankee themed ones).  My favorite menu items are the Twisted Chicken Mac & Cheese & the Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken Sandwich.

My recommendation?  Have a solid pregame meal here & enjoy a snack or two at the ballpark.  You can't go wrong.

Got to the stadium early so my friend Anna H and I decided to have lunch before the game. Of course there was a wait but that was to be expected…about 30 mins..not bad
I ordered the Veggie Leggie Burger with parmesan fries…it was delicious.
My friend Anna H ordered the pepperoni flatbread pizza with a side of fries.
    Everything was delicious.

This cafe is located inside Yankee Stadium, though it can be accessed from the exterior and you don't need to be attending an event to visit. I was already inside the stadium when I noticed this HRC. It was easy to get in; you just get a stamp on your hand for re-entry.

I collect HRC pins and their selection did not disappoint.

Since you can enter the stadium through the restaurant, the stamp allows you to bypass the line and get right back into the stadium. That being said, if you're coming here just to shop, I'd recommend entering though general stadium gate and visit HRC afterward.

I visited this Hard Rock during my most recent trip to NYC and Yankee Stadium. My boyfriend and I toured Yankee Stadium and had a wonderful meal here afterward. My experience here was great from start to finish.

I had actually called two weeks in advanced hoping to make a reservation. The Operations Manager Ralph informed me then that they usually don't take reservations, but during the time we were planning on coming they usually weren't busy. He told me over the phone that he would personally ensure that my boyfriend and I would be in and out as fast as possible the day of our visit. I was already very pleased with the restaurant and I hadn't even visited yet!

When we walked in the doors the day of our visit, we were actually greeted by Ralph (which was actually quite funny!) As promised, the place wasn't all that busy and we were seated immediately. Our waitress was good, nothing spectacular or anything.

We both ordered specialty drinks and both were excellent. Our food was equally as good. I ordered the twisted mac and cheese and my boyfriend ordered the NY strip steak. Very good, as usual.

What really made our visit here so special was the two employees working in the rock shop. They were just so sweet, funny, and personal.  We spent probably 15 minutes just talking to them!

This Hard Rock has your typical food, drink, (prices!) and atmosphere, but what really sets this one apart is the staff! They were just excellent and I can't speak enough of them! Kudos to Ralph and his team! Keep rockin' guys! Peace!

I was here for a Yankee game, but it got cancelled due to rain. So my friend and I went to the Hard Rock Cafe to grab a bite before we left. The burgers looked like their selling point, so we both ordered them. Not worth the calories. Meat was bland, tasteless, and the texture was… Low quality. Wouldn't recommend wasting your time, money, or metabolism here.

We were super early for the game at 1pm and the line for the Monument Park was ridiculously long as everyone had the same idea. We ended up having brunch at Hard Rock Cafe then bumped into my fellow yelp friends Lisa R and Manny R and his adorable son. Holy moly the wait to be seated at a table for two was 40 mins long. Well this is my second time at  a Hard Rock Cafe establishment. When we finally sat down, I quickly looked through the menu as my friend already knows what she is getting so I remember seeing Lisa R posted a picture of the Southwestern Chicken Flatbread. I got the Pepperoni Flatbread + Chimichurri Garlic Fries and Andrea G got the Veggie Leggie Burger + Parmesan Fries so that way we can try both of their delicious fries. Woah baby the food definitely took awhile to come out of the kitchen as the restaurant was super packed.

My first time at a Hard Rock Cafe. My coworker at my company treated us to lunch. I ordered the honey mustard grilled chicken sandwich. It was really good. It came with seasoned fries and citrus Cole slaw. I have to say the fries were delicious. Not too fried and fried to perfection. The fries was better than my sandwich. I went straight for the fries before I ate the sandwich. It was that good. I would come back for the fries next time. The time we went it was a little quiet. Not much people. Not a problem. I know when there's a Yankees game it will be packed. I had a great time with coworkers.

Came before a Yankee game, had to get stamped to enter before hand. Descent sized w a very busy bar, 2 shock top beers cost $18 but mix Hard Rock Cafe w Yankee stadium and you get what you paid for. Took 30-40 min to get a seat, ordered pricey chicken fajitas, but to their credit were tasty w a side of guac, sour cream and onions and peppers. Server was barely existent and didn't bring me my water. An OK and pricey experience.
