  1. We love the Hard Rock Cafe! It's fun!! High energy!! Tons of rock & roll memorabilia!!

Great drinks!! Many are served in very cool souvenir glasses.

Great apps!! The nachos are outrageous!!

Great food!! Their burgers are delicious!! Juicy!! Cooked to perfection!! Served with seasoned fries.

Salads, chicken sandwiches, and steaks are very good also.

Their BBQ sauce is some of the best we've ever tasted – better than many actual BBQ joints.

Excellent service. Staff is friendly and attentive.

Restaurant is clean. Restrooms are clean.

    Free refills on non-alcoholic drinks.

Additional discount if you show your AAA card.

Thumbs up!! A really fun place to have lunch, dinner, or just a beer and some wings!! 🙂

  2. it a mega restuarant so for me it is a hit or miss.  My job comes here more for the spacing but the food is just too inconsistent.  You can order one thing come back and get the same thing but its not the same….missing something, over cooked, just not like the first.  So you try something different…but in the end the food just end up being meh.

For the prices I excepted better….so for atmosphere, kind and quick service, space and entertainment this may be your place.  If you are a true foodie like myself not so much

When my job goes back Ill be there…Its great free food & drink!!!lol

  3. Food was decent but the service was miserably slow.  we waited forever for everything.  Had a burger as usual and it was cooked as ordered and was fine.  Beers were fine.  I think in another location I might go back but with so many choices in the area I'll give another place a try.

  4. The Hard Rock Cafe is a tourist attraction. That being said I expected big pictures, loud music and distractions to view to take away from the average food. I gave the restaurant three stars because it is a big place with booming energy. The music is loud and catchy, their are things to look at and my service was good. My waitress was extremely quick, friendly and knew the menu well.

The nachos my table shared were pretty good. I was expecting them to be skimpy with the portions but it was better than expected. My friend got the salmon and said it was decent. A little dry but not too bad. However, I had a burger and must admit it was not good. The bread was soggy and the bacon was undercooked. The burger itself was juicy but in a gross way. Tasted like it was a poor quality of meat.

Overall, I would say skip this place because there really isn't much too see or be excited about. But maybe you will have a better experience. I know I won't be coming back again.

  5. I went here on Mother's Day when the weather was finally agreeable enough for the entire state to come out of hiding. A week of nonstop clouds and rain were the perfect excuse to stay indoors. But on this day, there were even more people in Times Square than usual, which is hard to imagine.  We finally took refuge into the Hard Rock Cafe on Broadway. Great choice. It wasn't extremely crowded and the food and drinks were delicious. I ordered the Grilled Norwegian Salmon which came with mashed and string beans. It was so good that I couldn't stand it, shaking my head the entire time. My drink was a nonalcoholic, cucumber, black cherry real, ginger beer combination that was so perfectly made. The server was nice and helped to provide for a really great experience for us. We left stuffed and dreading going back out into the madness. Artist memorabilia lined the walls of the restaurant making Hard Rock both restaurant and museum, gift shop included. Would dine here again the next time I'm in the city.

  6. I find this spot to be a super cheesy tourist trap.  After walking through the front door you find yourself in the gift shop.  As you make your way downstairs, you will find yourself in a super commercial dungeon.  There is plenty of flash on the walls of signed guitars on the wall and all the top 40 pop songs playing in a loop on the TVs scattered around the restaurant.

The staff only move through the motions of their jobs and you can tell they are just there for the paycheck and can't wait until their shift ends.

If you want drink at bar, service is hit or miss…mostly miss.

Honestly, I can't find a rock and roll vibe that would would keep me coming back for more.

  7. I love all Hard Rock Cafe's……Great place to go when you are eating solo. The music, energy, nostalgic memorabilia. Ridiculous amounts of food. The prices are reasonable…. The drinks ….. Mediocre. This location on Broadway is a tourist haven but I have eaten here before because even though it gets crowded they move people in and out. Also you can find clean bathrooms even if you don't eat there shhhhh hard to find a public bathroom in NYC

  8. I'm not a fan of chains, at all.  I will eat anywhere but a tacky chain.  Okay, except this one.  I've stayed at Hard Rocks and dined at them.  They're fun.  Overpriced.  Fun.

After a play our options seemed limited other than a bar for food so we swung by the Hard Rock.  We were seated right away.  A waitress came over about 30 minutes later at 10:45 on a Saturday night.  She was pretty quick to bring back the drinks, but the food took about 45 minutes.  I had the chicken club with hair.  No, literally, hair.  45 minutes later I debated ignoring the hair, but was so grossed out that I had to mention something.  I flagged down the waitress.  She quickly replaced my plate with another dry chicken club.  Seriously, dry.  I took all the chicken off and ate it as a BLT.  I ordered the garlic fries, which were delish.  I liked the dip.  So besides, the awfully long wait and hair, nothing was removed from the bill.  Seriously?   They don't mind serving overpriced hair?  I mentioned it to the waitress so she took off $9.  $9 was about 3/4 the cost of a drink.

I guess you get what you would expect in Times Square.  I knew better than to eat in Times Square, but was hungry and it was late.  Would we go back?  Not anytime soon.
