Pretty good breakfast place. Decently priced. I also think their off bagel options are delicious as well.
I've only been one time and will try again once I need another hungover breakfast cure, so take this review with a grain of salt. As many other reviews have mentioned, this place is cash-only. Furthermore, it makes WAY more sense to order to go and order ahead, as the space just doesn't allow for comfortable or plentiful seating or standing arrangements. The ham egg and cheese and ordered was exactly what I expected, for the exactly the price I expected. Sounds like the definition of three stars to me. Once I've had their more "exotic" items (breakfast burrito whoaaaa), I will update this review with further details.
cheap bomb bagels in nyc. simple as that.
5/5
I want to give Heaven's 4 stars since it is very affordable and personally, I enjoy their iced coffee and my friend eats their bagels at least once a week, but I don't understand my unluckiness when it comes to bagel shops in EV.
This place is always packed on the weekends and filled with people who are hungover. More people=faster orders= orders have the probability of getting messed up often. The first two times I've been here others have taken my order, since the line gets backed up quickly, and then ended up having to wait even longer for my order to be corrected. In their defense the shop is very, very busy and a lot of people were angry that their orders took a long time. The third time I went, I was a little too quick and ended up grabbing the wrong order just to realize that wasn't my order and be chastised by the cashier that I needed to be more patient X_X Oops.
I usually get the whole wheat everything bagel with lox/salmon spread (yummy!), but I know that the whole wheat everything bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese if very, very popular.
Overall, would I be back? Well, I haven't been back since…I found myself another bagel shop in the EV. But I know my friend still likes to come here often since it is right on his way to work.

Was looking for a good spot to introduce the nieces to the classic NY bagel, and Heaven's Hot Bagel was just that! They said, "I never had egg on a bagel before," and I told them they hadn't lived until they had, and one bite into that hot toasted bagel with egg and vegetables (mine with egg + sausage + love), they were transformed into butterflies and flew off, knowing they just had a most resplendent breakfast sandwich.
Okay – that Gabriel Garcia Marquez moment didn't happen, but they did say, "This is the best bagel I've ever had – the bagels in Dallas do not taste anything like this," and they are right. And now they're sad because they are in Dallas now, and life won't ever be the same.
Great place for breakfast or lunch especially breakfast!everything is made to order fresh delicious and reasonably priced they have a great selection of bagels that are oversized and spectacular for breakfast I try to eat healthy and go with turkey egg whites on whole wheat bread or scooped out bagel, for lunch it's always the California salad, homemade signature dressing is so tasty! The staff is very friendly and the place is clean with a small seating area definitely recommend you check it out if you are in the lower Eastside
Aptly named Heaven's, because this place is a cozy spot in the LES that offers a wonderful breakfast, for a steal. Tip: Cash only!
Ordered the corned beef omelette platter (with toast & breakfast potatoes) – a bargain at $5.
Also ordered the "big breakfast" – breakfast potatoes, bacon, scrambled eggs, and a bagel (switched from toast) – only $5.75. Delicious, filling, and they even have ketchup/pepper/salt/hot sauce, should you need it.
There was ample room to sit down & actually enjoy it, compared to so many delis in the city, where you're so cramped you grab your sandwich and run.
Their bagels are excellent, and when I return, I want to try the french toast bagel.
The cashier was sweet enough to refill my reusable water bottle, and give me a cup of ice for free. They were all very kind to customers, and there wasn't that mad rush/rudeness that grab&go places sometimes have. That's not to say the food was slow – their short order cook in the back had our platters ready in minutes.
Can't wait to return because this treasure deserves to be recognized. They have good food for an unbeatable price, a place to eat, and kind staff.
I had a nova sandwich here and it wasn't bad. The bagels are decent enough and the total came out to like $7 which is pretty good for nova.
That being said, it looks like their main steez is the bagel, egg, and cheese and if I were to return I'd probably go for that.
