In the summer, I stop by Hinck's for breakfast or lunch because they are inexpensive, conveniently located on Port Blvd, and they always make their menu items hearty. I recommend the Lenny Special (2 Eggs, Bacon, Fried Onions, Cheese) for breakfast or The Blvd (Freshly Breaded Chicken Cutlet, Melted American Cheese, Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato & Mayo) for lunch.
Even though this place needs some updating, I would not pass it up just because the decor is outdated.
