  1. We met a former co-worker here as it was the closest to both of our offices.  I had never known three was a Korean restaurant in this town, but I'm glad we came across it.

The ambiance is casual and clean.  It's actually Japanese-Korean fusion, but I really only noticed the Korean menu items.  I had the dol soat (hot stone bowl) bi bim bap and it was well done.  The banchan selection was decent, not overflowing, however.  My companions had the buddae jjigae and beef fried rice.  I think everyone enjoyed their meal.

Service was good, food came out quickly, would definitely come back here again.

  2. The restaurant has pretty basic Korean staple dishes… but not much of a variety either. Their tofu soup hit the spot however when I was craving it. Not many Korean restaurants in this area so it's worth a try.

  3. I always enjoy my experience at Ho Ho.  Really friendly staff and yummy food!

Most recently, I ordered the spicy soft tofu, which comes with a small bowl of white rice, but I usually get the hot stone bibimbap.  All pleasurable!

Probably my favorite thing about Ho Ho's is their banchan.  So delicious!  The last set of side dishes we got included fish with peanuts, and string beans with bulgogi?  Totally delicious!  Wished I could of had more of that goodness.

I have been to Ho Ho's a few times and we are always happy to go back!

  4. Good food and service.  They serve hot roasted tea as soon as you are seated which is delicious and wonderful to drink when it's cold out.  Pricing is similar to other Koreans restaurants.

We ordered fried dumplings and seafood pancake for appetizer and it was delicious.  The side dishes were tasty and well seasoned and they will give free refill if you ask.  My husband and I had the beef bibimbap and it was good.  Our kids had the beef fried rice and they enjoyed it as well.

We drove passed by the area before and never realized there was a korean restaurant there until we yelped!  The place looks very plain on the outside and more modern inside.  It has a few tables.  We were here on Friday around 6pm and there are plenty of seats but people started to come in shortly after a few minutes.  You can reserve a table.  Yes, there's take out too.  Now, if only there's parking!  Parking is off street.

  5. Not the best Korean restaurant that I have been to, but very authentic.

I had their Spicy Pork in the Hot Stone Bowl.  The StoneBowl is legit. Super hot and capable of crusting the rice.  But the flavor was lacking.  The Spicy pork topping was greasy. I would have preferred less spicy and more flavor.  This was simply one dimensional. There was no porky goodness.

Service is ok.  I saw the server help grill meat on another table. So if you are getting BBQ, they will cook it for you.

  6. Just finished having dinner here. The food was great! We ordered an app, dumplings, and 2 entries, Spicy Noodle Kimchi, and some other yummy dish I don't remember the name of. I love that while you're waiting for your food they bring out these lil plates of veges to eat. The atmosphere was nice and the service was good. We ate until we couldn't lol we'll def come back. There's a lot more to try!

  7. There aren't very many Korean restaurants in southwest Bergen County. This is one of the few that I know of. Its a standard Korean restaurant with pretty good food and service.

Came here with someone for lunch. Soon after we sat down we started with the banchan (side dishes), which was plentiful. I had the dolsot bimbimbap (rice with meat and vegetables in a sizzling stone bowl). The vegetables were fresh and the meat was tasty. The flavor of the food went well with the hot bean paste that I mixed into the bowl.

It wasn't too crowded when we went, so we had no problem getting a table and we weren't rushed at all. The servers were nice and friendly. Food came out quickly and our waters were refilled quickly as well.

  8. Although this place is small the food decent with all the Korean dishes that people come to eat. The main problem is the parking because they do not have lot for customers. There are off street parking but you'll have to search for one. It's located on the main ave in town. This a family own and operated business as far I can see.
