I stopped in for breakfast on Saturday morning and thought i would give it try. The owners are very nice and helpful. I ordered a bacon and egg on a bagel and large coffee for $4.00. He asked how i wanted the bacon cooked and any extra toppings. For the price and customer service they get 4 stars. It is a great place to stop and go. Next time I would try a roll or deli sandwich. Overall the place is clean, nearby and cost efficient. I would try them again. They open early enough to get coffee on the way to work and not spend a fortune.
FYI – Coffee is self serve.
Hometown Deli… Such a cool local spot in Belleville where the brothers who run it knows your face or name! This place is great to grab a flavorful breakfast or lunch for under $10.
If you love supporting local mom and pop joints, then this spot is for you! The decor is simple, but who cares as the food is served up with TLC!
For the past week or so I've enjoy breakfast burritos, coffee, Philly cheesesteak and an awesome pork chops with rice and beans. The portions are hefty and the conversations are great! I'm sure I'll stop back in for more greats eats.
