Hooters
“Convenient location next to the parks and movie theater and with plenty of parking, this Hooters is one I will definitely be coming back to as our sports season progresses.”
“Food was good – got the plain wings with sauce on the side, fried pickles, chicken garden salad and hubby got the grilled chicken sammich, smothered.”
“Daytona – this is their signature and they do it pretty well but not as well as the BBQ

Came back on St Patrick's Day for the all you can eat wings. $13.99 per person, can't beat that!
Got there around 7:30pm and had a 45 minutes wait. Hooters is always packed!
We starting ordering wings right away as our previous experiences were bad and service took very long. So the all you can eat wings come in a serving of 8 wings (breaded or non breaded), you can only order one sauce at on time.
We tried the Chesapeake rub, General Tso's, Daytona Beach, Lemon pepper rub, and Cajun wings. I guess because the line was insane, the service was surprising fast this time. They show up almost right after we ordered them. And they were hot and crispy.
My favorite is the Chesapeake rub, low carb, non saucy, so the wings stay crispy. Not too salty, slightly spicy. No calories for the rub either.
The lemon pepper rub was pretty good too, fresh lemony, refreshing.
Daytona Beach is Hooters signature wings. It was sweet and not spicy.
General Tso's was good, it's literally Chinese combined with deep fried wings.
I had high expectation for the Cajun wings but they turned out to be terrible, absolutely terrible. It was salty, the after taste was disgusting, smelled awful. I don't even know how to describe them, they were just bad. I was expecting something like Five Guy's Cajun seasoning.
Overall, I had a good time, stuffed myself with wings. Service was fast and good. Wings were hot and crispy.
Great deal. A tank of beer for only $20. Anyhow, I don't like the service here. They are not very friendly tho. I didn't feel being welcomed to eat here. Maybe I am not rich? Lol. All I can say is service was worse than any other regular restaurant that doesn't have eye candy like this. I won't say they are bad but they are just ok. Anyhow, our waitress did give good suggestion for our food and drink.
Finally stepped into Hooters for the first time and tried their wings. It was good and bad and here are some reasons why.
The Good
– The first bite was amazing. The crunch and tenderness was overwhelming.
– Size of the wings looked impressive.
The Bad
– After a few bites of the wings, it became harder and hard to chew because the wings are so densely covered in their batter.
-It tasted so dense and compressed. I felt like I was biting into chunks of deep fried batter the whole time and couldn't find the meat or bone of the chicken.
Flavor was okay. Medium hot wings were fine and the lemon pepper flavor was a bit weak. There wasn't enough zing to the lemon pepper wings. We also ordered fried pickles. They were pretty good with its dipping sauce.
As for service, I can't complain. We were greeted and seated upon entering immediately. The AC in this joint was blasting. I would probably come back again and try other wing flavors during all you could eat Thursday's.
After talking about coming to this location for several years, I finally got to try it after watching a movie at the AMC theater next door. The food wasn't bad, as people have said. But it's definitely not great and definitely not making a trip for. The kicker though, is that the entire meal took 2.5 hours. It was not busy at all on the Sunday afternoon that we went. It took about 20 minutes before our server came to take our order, another 30 minutes for the appetizer to arrive, another 20 minutes before our entrees got to the table. We took about 15 minutes to eat and then asked twice over the span of 30 minutes to get our check, another 15 minutes before they came back to pick up the credit card, and another 15 minutes before the final bill was settled. For the quality of our food and the lack of business, it really shouldn't have taken so long. Like, really.
This is a fun place to hang out with you guy friends, but I'm having a pretty bad experience here so far.
Pro: I enjoy the cheap $3 shots at the bar, and my server is very sweet.
Con: This place can't accommodate larger parties. We have a group of ten and we were awkwardly sat at two different tables. Vibe kill. I'm not sure if anyone else had have this problem, but our beer tank was very watery… I'm not a big beer drinker and I really don't have a beer preference, but it's so obvious that our beer was watered down- it tasted so different than what we ordered at the bar. So disappointing.
The wings are okay. I don't think I'd come back unless my friends drag me out again.
This was my first time at a Hooters. Nothing really stood out to me but the food was pretty good for a chain restaurant.
We ordered the teriyaki boneless wings and the fish tacos. The teriyaki boneless wings were definitely cut from random areas of the chicken, rather than wing meat. However, the sauce was thick and coated the chicken well. The fish tacos were seasoned well and the fish was still moist. The pico de gallo had a little too much cilantro flavor to our liking.
This is my first time eating at any Hooters and honestly it'll be my LAST. Yes, other locations may be better but I'm turned off from this place completely.
My friend lives in the apartments near by so when my husband and I dropped her home we decided to come here. It was unlimited wings Thursday's for 13.99 so we said what the heck.
The wait time is C R U C I A L. Don't come here if you're hungry. The customer service is horrible and they don't care whatsoever. Food was cold and the "wings" were hard and nasty. The couple next to me kept having food and drinks returned. Something was always wrong with it. Our food took so long that I thought she forgot about us and I was so close to walking away. I'm so angry it's not even funny. When I was leaving I overheard someone else complaining.
The waitress was rudeeeee and never came to see if we needed anything. FINALLY someone came which was the "manager" and ask if we needed anything and apologized blah blah blah. Adjusted the price and took of 6 dollars. Girl bye! 6 dollars can't compare to my time wasted. I'm so irritated and never had such a bad experience at any restaurant.
If you do decide to come here, there's a shopping center connected to it and also fresh meadows movie theatre which is actually dope.
Management get it together please.
I will NOT return and wouldn't recommend. This place is literally the worst place I've been too. HORRIBLE
I always order the boneless wings. I don't know what happened but they changed their boneless wings for the better. I probably haven't been here in at least a year…and their boneless wings are no longer massive chunks of dried chicken. Now they're little chicken balls which are juicy!!!
