House Pizza in the house! Came here for an after-work snack. It was hoppin with high school students from Bronx Science. I got a slice with pepperoni. They have a big, old-school, beautiful brick oven in here. I want it in my kitchen. The pizza wasn't bad, although it had been sitting on a counter and was just reheated. It was a quintessential NY slice: foldable, a little greasy, perfect crust though a bit bland, molten hot, creamy cheese, slightly acidic sauce. I would come here for a snack any time, any day.

Crispy crust, good cheese, not too much sauce–that is what makes a good pizza and this place knows how to do it!!
Also, they still have 2 slices/soda combo for 5 bucks which is becoming increasingly rare in Manhattan as rents climb. Get it while it's hot!
