We are visiting a friend from NYC, and we stopped by for lunch since today is the Grand Opening. The food is soooo good and flavourful. We had soft tacos, rice bowls, falafel, etc… Everything is so nice displayed, the place is clean and the staff is very friendly. The food has a lot of flavor and it's well done. The guacamole is impressively delicious!
I'm already a fan of this place. If ever near by, you should definitely stop by. In one place you can have Mediterranean and Mexican food!
My husband loves anything Mediterranean/Middle Eastern so this place is perfect for him. The menu is really half Middle Eastern (Hummus) half Mexican (Guac) but you can really mix and match. Also along with entrees like salads and platters they have a section that I can only describe as Chipotle style where you build your bowl as you go. You can start with either rice (brown or Cilantro Lime) or salad and added a bunch of delicious choices as you go. A few of the standouts are of course the hummus and the guacamole. There are also several different kinds of cheeses, salsas, grape leaves, corn, yummy sour cream garlic dressing, eggplant and scallions. Everything was super fresh and terrific. You can also top your bowl with chicken or steak but we have always gotten veggie bowls so I can't comment. The owner and staff are really nice and friendly and helpful. It's a small place, about six small tables, bright and clean and comfortable. Also priced really well. We got two nice sized bowls plus a Snapple each and the bill was a little over $20 without tip. We have been here twice already and the meal was excellent both times so we look forward to coming back.
