I guess I am on the lookout for a new Chinese food place that delivers in this area – unfortunately options are limited. A few short years ago when I first moved to the area Hunan Delight was a good option. Their prices were a bit higher than other places in the area, but the quality of food matched.
Everything has taken a hit in quality and flavor. The won-ton soup is now completely flavorless brown water. Thankfully, they still use the same thin wrapper for the won-tons. I was surprised to see the shrimps are even shrimpier! Not in flavor, but in size. The ones we received were overcooked and probably closer to the medium shrimp size as opposed to the Jumbos they used to use. The dumplings are now more dough than dumplings.
Seems this place reopened with the same name under new owners a year or two ago and for a little while kept the food consistent. They added "sushi" to the menu, but I never ordered it, but now it seems that hasn't worked out since its no longer on the menu.
Please, if anyone has a good quality Chinese place in the area that delivers. Your suggestions would be most welcome!
