  1. I just realized the previous review was for the wrong iHop. :/ Anyway, me and my party came here for breakfast. The wait to be seated was okay, but we were pretty hungry. The waitress, was quite rude. She got us our drinks in a timely fashion, but we had to wave her over to order. "What do you want?" she says with an obviously agitated voice.  As I read my order to her, I kept saying, "Eggs with cheese". After the infinite time, she repeated the order with cheese. As the rest of us ordered, her demeanor was just rude…Next, we were short a straw. When she came back with them, did she hand them to us? No, she throws them on the table. smh I get it. We all have those days were we are tired, etc but we had just got there. As for the food, my party enjoyed it. I enjoyed everything but the french toast, which was my main course. It was burnt on the crust, and didn't taste as good as it usually does from iHop. bleh I guess this iHop is okay if you are really hungry..

  2. This was my first time coming to this IHOP since it opened and was pleasantly surprised. My mom and I came after church and I was expecting a crazy long wait and luckily we only waited 5 minutes or less. The staff were EXCEPTIONAL, professional and friendly… Sorry to say but I wasnt expecting such wonderful customer service. KUDOS to the STAFF for their hospitality. Now to the food, I had the two plus two plus two (eggs, bacon and pancakes) which was delicious. My mom had pancakes and a SLAMMING omelette which I will get the next time. I will definitely return to this spot.

  3. I had the bright idea of heading to this particular location which is just feet away from a church on a Sunday afternoon. Though there was a wait, I felt the staff kept things moving at a steady pace. I appreciated the speakers outside of the eatery which meant that I did not have to cram inside of the waiting area or block the doorway. Given the location, I think they should consider expansion to meet high customer volume. I always wanted to try the crepes and finally did. My order was the international crepe passport (strawberry-topped crepes with two eggs, and substituted two turkey bacon strips and turkey links). Delicioso! My meal was affordable and sufficient, just what I needed. The service was excellent. One employee seated us, another took our drinks order, a third employee took our meal order, and a fourth employee asked if we'd like to join the Pancake Revolution. I am already a member, but my friend happily joined. Great experience!

  4. I went with my boyfriend on a random Sunday morning which turned out to be Valentine's Day morning. Oops! We completely forgot and ended up waiting over a half hour for seating.

I won't blame them for that delay considering the big holiday and since everyone we encountered seemed to be very friendly and welcoming considering how busy they were.

Our food was pretty good and the coffee was on point (I love a good brew). It was our first time visiting this location and it won't be our last. Next time we'll just try to skip the holidays though.

  5. Good luck dining here on a Sunday..

I understand that me and my church patrons mob this place on Sundays– I call it the CCC takeover..and I do feel bad for everyone else. With that being said good luck dealing with the hour plus wait time even though host loves to say "25 minutes".

When you eventually sit down everything else is basically smooth sailing. Seems to have more choices and is slightly bigger than the spot on Ralph. Waitstaff.always extremely nice, helpful, and patient..last two times Ayanna was our waitress. And despite its location place is not ratchet..it helps that they have security at all the doors lol

Besides the wait, my other complaint is that food came out lukewarm and half the table recieved their food 10 minutes before the other half..Regardless, waitress apologized.

Either way the best IHOP location in BK is this one..just have a snack while waiting because your blood sugar will drop waiting to get a table lol

  6. Woohoo! Went to this location years ago and it was ghetto. They have done an excellent job of reinventing this location.  The greeting at the door was inviting.  The waitress Martine was attentive to our needs. Always had a smile. The food presentation was awesome and scrumptious.  I will be back.

  7. I like this location a lot better than previous ones that I've been to. The staff is cordial and friendly. This is the edited addition to my review since I was asked by Peter D. to add more to it. What I order from here depends on what I'm craving at the moment, I normally order pancakes, eggs with cheese and a side order of corned beef hash which I love. I'm always satisfied with my food.

  8. I assumed all IHOP's served the same quality food but it seems that I was wrong because this IHOP is surprisingly disappointing. The only thing I can give them is that there always seems to be easy seating and the staff is attentive; but aside from that there's no reason for me to go back.
