Over the weekend I went in for a sampling and got a number of small desserts and not one disappointed. This is an amazing addition to the area and I can't imagine them not being successful.
I had the passion fruit cheesecake and a whoopie pie, while my boyfriend had the double chocolate chip cookie and mini chocolate bundt cake/doughnut. All outstanding.

This bakery is a brand new addition to Hawthorne. Absolutely immaculate with a very knowledgable owner. Illy coffee was perfect. We sampled a brownie fresh out of the oven and a gingersnap cookie. In a million years, I wouldn't guess these were gluten free. Some of the offerings are inspired by the owner's Brazillian roots: guava cheesecake, yuca coconut cake and passion fruit layer cake just to name a few. Even though I tolerate gluten, I will definitely be coming back time and time again to this sweet shop.
**They are the only certified gluten-free bakery in all of Bergen & Passaic counties. Other bakeries who offer gluten-free items are not gluten-free facilities.
