“The bottomless margaritas on Saturday are awesome (not sure if this is still the case) and the space itself has a great backyard.”
“I still fell for this place and enjoyed the steak frites and fried chicken and mac and cheese balls as well as a few varieties of beer.”
“If you have the chance to try the maple butter with the fried chicken, it shouldn't be missed either.”

YUM. I came in for brunch on Sunday, the place is VERY small so naturally we had to wait for a table, but the servers were super nice and took our number so we could go get a drink or a coffee somewhere else while we waited. It was totally worth the wait.
We were all having a bad day and a little hungover, so we went SORT OF CRAZY with ordering food.
– French Toast Bites are CRACK. They were SO GOOD and the perfect amount of crunch, sugar, and butter. You MUST get these.
– The mac and cheese balls were 4/5 stars good – they didn't have as much flavor we I would have liked, BUT they were HUGE and you got like 6 of them. And they were shaped and cooked well.
– SIDE OF BACON: Okay, $5 for 3 slices is a bit steep, but they were nice, meaty slabs.
– Waffle Burger: my friend got this and really enjoyed it, thought it had to be knife and forked, so it was not as practical as you might have though.
– Chicken and Waffles: BF got this, it came with white gravy, which I LOVED but he is not a fan of. But the chicken was crisp and the waffles were solid.
– Biscuits and Gravy: I got this: YUMM. The potatoes are ON POINT, the biscuit was good, nice thick white gravy and 2 eggs over easy.
The only thing I did not like was the bloody mary. It tasted like sweet and sour sauce to me and was a pink color and very chunky. I didn't even finish half of it. I guess this might be good to some people, but I like mine spicy and savory. The beer select was good though.
In short, as my boyfriend said: I want to come back and eat here every single day.
Service is nothing to write home about (maybe because we came here right at the beginning of the brunch rush) but food was pretty great! I got the tostadas special, which was super flavorful and filling.
Love this place. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to try their food but it looked delicious. The bartender was really sweet and very attentive. I liked the ambiance of this place.
Just a note that they ONLY take CASH, but the best thing is that they have an ATM machine right there…so no extra hassle. AWESOME!
I also checked out their backyard deck. Super cute and the staff out there was also very attentive and asked us how things were going. This place gets a strong four stars since I didn't have their food–otherwise I would've probably given them five stars. Just need to make another visit to make it so!
We went there in a gloomy raining Saturday. It's already packed. Good biz
Sitting there for a while without menu offered then we realized they have a chalk board with all stuff they have. Very inconvenient to read it coz of my seat position.
Food was delish, I ordered something called core? Couldn't read the menu easily, just ordered whatever I saw on a picture in yelp. Forgot exactly what it called and there's no menu pics with the one I ordered, so… It's potato cubes, pancakes with gravy, sides of salad. It's tasty but definitely not healthy dish, curbs with curbs on ur dish? Nahhhh
The restaurant was small and with many ppl waiting there, coz of raining day? Plus the music was bit loud. We just had a quick meal and left.
I had been looking forward to drying this place for months. I actually planned my birthday brunch there, but learned that they don't accept reservations for brunch, and it would have been ridiculous to have 9 people waiting outside hoping for a table. I was finally able to go yesterday with a friend. I was tremendously disappointed.
First, we arrived a few minutes before 1. There was an empty table that was "reserved" for a party of 4. (Remember, my previous conversation with the restaurant informed me that they don't accept reservations for brunch. First come, first served only.) The hostess/bartender insisted that the party was there and had put their names on the list. Absolute malarkey, since the restaurant is only yea big. I'm sure I would have seen a party waiting for a table. She also told my friend and I that they didn't want to separate the table (two 2-seaters pushed together) because it would be "uncomfortable for the servers to serve because of the tight quarters". Um, what? If it's a tight fit for 2, how the heck is it comfortable for 4? After about 20 minutes, the party of 4 arrived on the bus… as in they were not waiting for the table with their name on the list as our hostess suggested. As in not first come, first served.
When we were finally seated– around 1:45, we learned that they had no written menus. You had to look at the chalk board on the opposite end of the restaurant to figure out what you wanted. Again, what?? Anyway, my friend and I both had the chicken and waffles, mine with gravy on the side, hers with no gravy (it's made with pork sausage). The chicken was tolerable, but by no means delicious. It was dry and flavorless without the gravy. My friend, who doesn't eat pork, ended up having a side of gravy hoping to avoid the pork bits just to give the chicken some flavor. I loaded each bite with syrup and gravy to make it halfway decent. I left completely unsatisfied.
They serve unlimited mimosas for $10, but I had no desire to spend any extra time or money in the establishment, so I opted to forego bottomless brunch. In hindsight, I'm extraordinarily glad that they didn't accept my reservation for my birthday brunch. Two disappointed patrons is a hell of a lot better than nine. I won't be back.
We got the fried chicken and waffles, and the burger special. Food was average and nothing spectacular. The atmosphere seems pretty chill but that's about it. I really wanted to like this place.
Prices are pretty high for what you get, and when I went a few months ago, it was cash only. I heard they now accept cards, so that's good.
To start – this place is TINY and they do not take reservations. Good luck.
All the tables are almost touching – the bar takes up most of the room. It was so loud that my friend and I could barley have a conversation. Not loud like "oh it's brunch we are all talking!" I mean LOUD. Very loud.
My friend and I love brunch, like every other normal person. She got the $10 unlimited mimosas and I went with the 1911 cider – both were yummy.
The menu is on the wall….I had a hard time reading the descriptions. Uhg. We both got the waffle burger with potatoes. The burger was actually very tasty. The egg was fine & so was the cheese. However, the real test was when I took a bite of just the waffle – it had absolutely no flavor :/ which was super disappointing.
Overall, it was a decent meal. I was just wishing for some more flavor. The service was a little lacking, too. I may come back…but probably not. My bill came to almost $25.
Amazing. Everything we got was amazing. We went here for the all you can drink brunch which also probably assisted our tastebuds. My friends had the biscuits and gravy and bacon and eggs sammy while I had the squash sammy. I personally thought mine was the best especially for a vegetarian breakfast item. We also got the biscuits for the table and I loved the assortment of jams. Everything was super filling and flavorful. The place is small and quaint but not busy for a sunday and it had a rustic feel. The food came out on wooden slabs which I thought was a nice touch. They were a little slow on the mimosa refills but that's probably for the better 😉 I'd definitely go back! Cash only though.
