  1. Used to be one of the best Chinese spots in the upper 140s and 150s but something has recently changed. Other than moving from the huge eat in corner spot to a much smaller take out around the corner either the management or the cooks have changed. I had to throw out my hot and sour because it was so disgusting.  Noodles are bland despite asking for them to be spicy. I am no longer a fan.

  2. Im not sure Jing Hui is really a 4 star spot. But as far as chinese food goes in my area of Harlem, its definitely up there. The staff is always friendly. The food is pretty good.
Dont do the fried wontons… not so good. General Tso's is not the best here either. Other than that, everything else is pretty tasty.
Fried fish is good and not too greasy. Wings are stellar. Chicken and string beans is good. Mixed veggies are yummers (brown sauce on the side). The roast pork sliced is normally really good (on occasion it can be a tad greasy). Lo mein's alright. Chicken and rice soup is good (and cheap) for a cold day. Dont do Chix n veg soup though.
Nothing they make is spicy, even if you ask for extra spicy. Oh well.
In my area, Ive found this to be the best Chinese option.
