Best baked clams ever! I have been dining at Toto's for years & finally went again after they rebuilt from the hurricane. It feels like no damage was ever done. The atmosphere is the same neighborhood friendly atmosphere & even the look hasn't changed much. Wait staff is always a pleasure and the wait wasn't long. Some personal favorites are the shrimp scampi or the chicken rollatini. The baked clams still are my favorite & I'm glad a storm did not stop this place from closing!
