  1. This juice bar is conveniently located next to Bryant Park so it gets a lot of foot traffic from businesspeople on breaks and after work. The employees are friendly and I love the look of the place. On the left side, there's a bench with pillows so it feels very homey.

It's pretty pricey but I don't expect anything less from Manhattan. I went here with a girlfriend and we ordered the purple latte and the iron man – the total came out to an even $11. The colors of the lattes simply differentiate the size of them, ranging from 4oz. to 16oz.; there's no difference otherwise. It's cute that the cup is the color of the latte name on the menu. It has the cliche heart/leaf stenciled with steamed milk so it makes it a little more worthwhile for the price. The Iron Man juice contained strawberry, kiwi, and apple. It tasted fresh and the consistency of the drink was smooth.

  2. Joe & the Juice opened a new location across the street from Bryant Park today! First impressions (as someone who hasn't visited their other locations): it's a clean, trendy, modern space – some room to dine-in, but most people take out as it's likely to become a lunch spot for offices in the area.

There's pretty loud music bumping and a lot of energy – this might be just because of opening day, though. They offer a large variety of juices, shakes, and coffee, as well as sandwiches and other food items.

I had the Serrano sandwich, which was delicious and had really fresh ingredients. I particularly liked the flatbread that they used. It's not the most bang for your buck ($10 including tax, and reasonably filling for me but I imagine those with a large appetite would've been left hungry), but I still enjoyed it.

  3. Great juice bar located  right across the street from Bryant Park. The place is really cute inside. It has a modern rustic look, and it looks really trendy.

There are a variety of juices to choose from, and there's a small description of how each benefits you on the menu. All the juice descriptions looked interesting, but I decided to try the Prince of Green drink. It was very light and refreshing. I felt great after drinking it! They also have breakfast and lunch options, mainly cold cuts. They prepare the juices in front you, which I appreciate. All the vegetables and fruits looked fresh. Ohhhh yea, I almost forgot to mention that the music is on point also. 🙂

This is definitely a little gem located in the heart of midtown!

  4. This place seems to hold potential, so it disappoints me to say that I was extremely underwhelmed by this place. The service was generally slow and unorganized, but might be worth coming back here in a few weeks when they've worked out their newly opened hiccups and get into the swing of things.

When I walked in this morning around 9:30 there was about 3 others ahead of me waiting for their drinks, with no line behind me – a rush hour coffee crowd that I would consider to be child's play. I ordered the coffee shake, which was good, but they clearly forgot about me and had me waiting about 15 minutes for it. I noticed that the cashier had to remind one of the juicers behind the bar to make someone else's drink as well, so their method of the cashier writing down a list of orders on receipt paper, waiting for the barista and juicers to read it, clearly isn't the most efficient way to serve a fast paced Midtown breakfast and coffee crowd.

  5. New addition across from Bryant Park offering fresh juices, smoothies, coffee, and sandwiches.

Menu of fresh juices seems expansive however by and large most have a 'base' of Apple. The smoothies appear limited to a base of their Vanilla Milk.

The prices are expensive ($7.42 for a small juice). Coffee prices are normal.

Friendly service, room to work, wifi, and restrooms!

  6. I just notice this place that had recently open a few weeks ago and have been wanting to try them since. So today I got my chance and I walk in and a notice a little lively atmosphere to the place and a younger crowd when compared to say Starbucks.

The counter guys and barristers are all young and on the good looking side and I remained of Abercrombie and Fitch if they ran a juice joint. Maybe they should just take off there t-shirts because I can see the ladies coming in here for some eye candy to go with their energy shots. The company is international and is pushing a socially conscience hipper vibe and look to themselves, is it real or just good marketing by a vampire squid venture capitalist, well you decide.

They have lots of juice and shacks options along with lunch time sandwiches that are on  grilled bread that's imported from Denmark.  I looked over the coffee section and notice the Organic Ginger Latte and that's what I got. They handed me a pinkish purple cup with a heart design made on the foam, it's was so cute.

It's a good thing I reek Machismos all over me and have no problem walking midtown with a big pink cup. Hey throw in a poker dot straw and a little daisy to put behind my ear. I'll walk with one of those 5 gallon protein jugs later just in case theirs any questioning of my manhood.

The Ginger Latte tasted real good, not that I want it every day now, but maybe if I'm feeling under the weather than this could be a good thing to have for the therapeutic properties of the ginger. I will end up passing this place a lot so I probably will be checking now and again.

  7. This new spot just opened up right across from Bryant park! I opted for the coffee shake today- I was expecting it to be sweetened but I guess they don't come like that. But the coffee was rich and delicious. The staff is awesome! Super excited to be doing what they're doing- dancing and had great personalities.

The menu is pretty expansive for such a tiny spot so I'll be back to test out their smoothies, juices, and sandwiches!

It is a bit on the pricy side though, about $7-8 for my coffee shake.

Cute spot though! I'll be back, keep up your charisma peeps!

  8. I ran into this coffee spot on my way to work, and what? Joe's? Ok a must try for me!

Probably due to the early time, there was no line at all when I came in, so I quickly decided to try their iced coffee, given the hot weather. Apparently a better choice here will be their different color latte (grey being the smallest and pink being the largest).

Aside from coffee, they also serve a long list of freshly squeezed juice and healthy snacks. Cannot wait to try their other drinks!
