As a international student from Korea, I say Jong Hwa Ru serves Okay Korean style Chinese food. Not saying that they serve terrible foods, but definitely saying that they can do better.
Visited this couple times with my friends. Whenever I visit Korean style Chinese restaurants, I always order "Tang-soo-yuk" which is a fried pork/beef dish. Jong Hwa Ru's Tang-soo-yuk sauce was tasty and the portion was alright; however I was bit disappointed by the thickness of a flour/ dough. When I got the dish, it seemed like we ordered a fried dough, not Tang-soo-yuk. Normally the flour/the dough would cover the meet, but Tang-soo-yuk served here, wouldn't be surprised if someone asked me whether this is a flour based dish.
Service was alright. Neither impressive nor frustrating.
