  1. While you could certainly eat inside, most people get their food for carry out. The people that work here are friendly, but can be hard to understand them sometimes, especially if you're calling in your order over the phone. It's solid, consistent, and better than your average Chinese take out. Food is cooked to order. Even if you order a lot of dishes, it'll typically be ready in 15-20 minutes.

Roast Pork Mooshu with Four Rice Paper ($8): Some people may find the vegetables in the mooshu to be overcooked and soggy, but it actually works quite well and tastes pretty good when eaten with the rice paper. There is plenty of sliced roast pork mixed in with the vegetables and the oyster sauce that they're cooked in. As for the rice paper, you're basically getting steamed lumpia/egg roll wrappers. Yet, everything seems to work well. I would wrap mooshu with the rice paper and roll them into egg rolls for easy eating. It's served with hoisin sauce on the side.

Fried Chicken Wings (with/without Plantains ($6.40/$4.25)): The chicken is fried well, making each wing pretty juicy. I'm not sure what marinade they use for the wings, but the richness and saltiness isn't as strong as other places I've ordered Chinese chicken at. If you order it with plantains, just keep in mind that the plantains are smashed right before they're cooked but aren't seasoned.

Beef Yat Gow Mein ($4.70): It's a simple noodle soup in a plastic container, but if you're feeling sick or need something to warm you up, this is a good option. There are plenty of vegetables in a tasty broth. It's cheap and you don't have to wait long for it to be served. The noodles are thick, so you will be full (unless you have a big appetite).

Pork Egg Rolls ($1.35 ea): They're pretty standard, but crispy. Like everything else, food is cooked to order so be careful when biting into these. The egg rolls here also have a strong ginger taste to them, which can be good or bad depending if you like this root in your food.
