  1. Came here for a happy hour on a Thursday night.  Pretty decent crowd and happy hour prices.  I saw the great reviews online and figured it must be good !  There really are not many bars around this area besides high end steak houses so I think its a good addition to the neighborhood.  Happy hour drink prices were not bad, and the bar food was pretty good!  We ordered the mac and cheese bites along with the philly cheesesteak  spring rolls.  Def recommend the spring rolls!  There are a few tables in the back and front for seating which was nice.  The entrees also looked pretty interesting I would def come back for another happy hour!

  2. stopped in here for happy hour with my cousin. we agreed on this spot as it was close to her office and my apt. there's not a ton of choices in midtown that offer decent prices and good character, so excited that judge roy bean's didnt disappoint.

the place is pretty narrow and widens in the back with some tables. it had a decent crowd at 7pm, we ended up standing for our first beer than scored two seats at the bar.

there's not any kind of extensive happy hour, they offered $4 PBR, $5 bud light draft & $8 wells. we stuck to bud light and split two apps. def would order both of the apps again- fried mac and cheese balls & philly cheese steak spring rolls. these both came with unique and tasty dipping sauces. i LOVE sauces!

solid spot to grab some after work drinks.

  3. Solid beer selection, which was the best feature. We came for drinks around 5 p.m. and the place was relatively uncrowded. We had our selection of tables and ordered drinks and apps immediately. The  mac-n-cheese bites were good but the flatbread was cold. Overall, just a solid spot if you're in need of a quick drink in the area.

  4. After a long day of traveled we needed some dinner and ended up here since close to our hotel and had great reviews!! I have to say this was one of my favorite places to eat and drink while we were on vacation!!!
The ambience is great! Staff super friendly! They have a long bar and a few tables.
The menu has something for everyone! I loved their wings! Nothing crazy just deliciously spicy crispy wings! Also oh my gosh the Philly cheesesteak spring rolls amazing, seriously a must try! Also enjoyed the Mac and cheese bites!
They have a great beer and drink list! They have a freaking huge Moscow mule you can order that serves 10 people! If I had been traveling with more totally would of ordered that!! Loved the summer sangria and the dark and stormy! Their own ipa was great!!!
Highly recommend checking the place out!!!!

  5. Cute little pub on 56th! I dropped in for the first time during the St. Patrick's Day parade to grab a cider before going back to work.

Space – Cozy little place with brick walls.

Service – The bartender was super friendly, and saw that we got our drinks promptly.

Cider – Crisp and cool. Chugged it before going back to work. Not my most productive work day.

    I'll be back again.

  6. Definitely would come back here to try more of the menu. The 8oz burger was cooked well, the brioche bun was sturdy enough,  fries were great but a bit on the small size I need portion. All served on a thick wooden block.

The old fashioned I ordered was pretty good too, although I wasn't a big fan of the muddled cherry. Staff was helpful and friendly and the pub itself was small and cozy.

    Recommended!

  7. Says it serves late night food, but it doesn't. So disappointing. Bar was pretty empty at 12 am. Disappointing.

  8. Fun place!

We came here after looking at the XMAS decorations in midtown.

Service was great – drinks were strong  – food was excellent.

    Can't wait to go back!
