  1. I was in my old stomping grounds the other day and I was trying to decide what to eat for dinner. I didn't want to go to Brooklyn or further into Queens for West Indian food. Serendipitously, I stumbled upon Justin's Spanish & American Restaurant. I ordered a large tray of rice and beans, plaintain and a whole chicken cut into eight pieces for only $13. Everything was good. The chicken was seasoned real well. I definitely plan to return the next time I'm in the mood for Spanish food.

  2. Their pulled pork is good and I love the skin on the chicken. They have family sizes, too.

    The sweet bananas are really delicious, but very filling, so keep that in mind.

    Service is fast- they a few tables or take out.

  3. Justin's is pretty decent. It's local to me so when I feel like eating Hispanic food, I head right over to Justin's.

    They have a variety of Hispanic food. Anything you can think of. However if you don't see anything in the buffet style layout that they have, I suggest you call ahead to order. Or just call ahead period to see what they have. Their options change daily. They also have seating.

    The food: I personally feel like all their stew chicken, stew beef, etc tastes the same. Just different meats. The rice is good and so are the beans. Salads are great. ( I'm a huge salad lover)

    Cons- They don't take cards -_-
    There's been times where I was feening for Hispanic food and wanted Justin's but didn't feel like going to my bank and I refuse to use an atm and pay their fees plus my fees. Times are changing. Just take cards! I guess hey have a reasoning behind it so I guess.

    I recommend this place and I will return
