An excellent introduction to hibachi cuisine. I've wanted to dine at such an establishment to celebrate the completion of a successful summer and came here on my girlfriend's recommendation. Service was quick and pleasant. Most of our order was for hibachi but I also asked for a sweet potato roll to satisfy another craving. The plate had a soy sauce sketch of Snoopy which I thought was cute.
Our chef was wonderful and put on a good show for us as he made our food. It was a little intense, so much so that I felt my heart leap, especially seeing him work so closely with fire and put his hand on it from time to time. Once settled in, food was ready in a hurry and I enjoyed my generous amounts of shrimp, chicken, beef, noodles, rice and veggies. My mom, a notorious avoider of Asian cuisine really enjoyed herself and her meal, so there's that. Definitely a must try!
