To Joolie: yes, pretty much everything here on 18th is grimey, with the exception of a few small-business restaurants. That's why cooking is a necessary trait here. That said, pubic hair in a friend's popcorn chicken!!! I think that's enough to serve as a public service advisory about this place.
The food is way to greasy and taste like the chicken is on steroids. I won't eat any Kfc and if I do decide to eat fried chicken I would go to Popeyes. I was so sick after eating it.
