Its open late, its close and on the way to my casa so its a place to go when im hungry late…if you know about chicken spots…plenty of choices! From seafood, ice cream, chicken, corn, ribs, onion rings, rice,fries etc. …gets really packed around 2am 3am because people want to grab a bite to eat right after being out all night from the club or wherever….one of my top late spots to eat!
Hands down, this is a five-star fry-up joint and one of the best of its kind. Kennedy is consistent with the food it churns out of the kitchen. You know what you are going to get – tasty, deep fried or grilled goodness (that perhaps is not so good for your heart, but is fine every now and then). I've had the tilapia sandwich combo* and – when I ate meat – the Philly chicken cheese steak combo*, and hot wing combo*. All were good and hit the spot. (*Combos come with fries and a canned soda)
Also, who doesn't dig that PA system? I know it's silly, but I still get a little kick whenever the guy behind the counter gives my order over the PA. Hey, I had a deprived childhood. (Just kidding!)

Stopped here on my way to work last night. Kennedy's has saved me from hunger many late nights. It's open til 4am and I like their chicken way more then kentucky fried chicken. It's not as breaded, more like fried chicken you'd get at home. Cheap as hell too, with an extremely extensive menu. Burgers, fish sandwiches, shrimp, wings, chicken tenders, beef patties, and other things i can't even begin to remember right now. Come here for good, cheap food
Hate to admit it but I really like this place! When I am in the mood for fried chicken, this is what hits the spot. I especially love their hot wings. They make it right there on the spot when you order and it's always hot and fresh. It's not too spicy and just right: 20 piece is only $13 with fries!
Inside is pretty dingy, so I always do take out. Downside is it's cash only.
