  1. It wasn't great but it wasn't bad.

Honestly any Asian food in NYC sucks, but when you are limited in places to eat, you got to make due with what you have. So this place did it's job. However…

I ordered the shrimp chow mien and out came spring with celery…. They got the shrimp right just not my meal. But in all it wasn't that bad. I felt a little healthy at the moment.

The fried rice it came with was a little bit dry, but not the worst I've had and was doable. Nothing a little hot sauce can't fix.

Overall: it's a good place to go when there's nothing else in the are and for a good price! But don't get too excited, ain't like the Chinese food back in California.

  2. Where rudeness reigns, it breeds negativity.  King house is the king of all rudeness in all houses.  At the turn of the hour of midnight where hunger pangs strike, with my baby boy who desired fried rice and half of duck as he never tasted Chinese style duck.  I wanted shrimp Lo Mein.  When calling I inquired if they speak Cantonese as they do and following their statement of closing at 11:30pm.  With my choppy Cantonese I stated my order and little to none patience the staff member rudely hang up my call.  Why should I ever give this King of all rudeness house another try??  EEK!!
