Had a wonderful lunch with our group of 10- service was attentive and food was delicious. We got omelettes, avocado toast, French toast (savory and sweet), steak, Mac and Gruyere, etc. there was something for everyone on the menu. We left full and happy!
We stopped by this new bakery in the area to see what they had to offer. We stuck to the simple recommendations of french toast – both the marscapone cheese and chocolate cherry versions. I also had a large black coffee which was an outrageous $3.50 and came with a hair in it (it was replaced quickly upon request). The food was good although a it came in a very small portion. After spending $25 on two slices of french toast and coffee it was quite disappointing that I was still hungry. The prices really need to be lower if they expect repeat customers.
Came here for dessert after dinner and this place was completely empty
Pros:
– The strawberry cheesecake was delicious!
Cons:
– Portion sizes – the cheesecake was amazing but $8+ for a slice that's smaller than a "regular" slice of cake is ridiculous (1/4 triangular piece you get from cutting a circle cake in fourths)
– I didn't notice this but my friend did, the employee behind the counter didn't greet us at all when we walked through the door
– They really need to work on pricing and customer service to get more people through the door (it was completely empty on a Thursday night)
