  1. The first time I ordered here was not a really good experience. They took 1 hour to deliver the food. The place was 2 blocks away from my home. And  woman who is hungry is not pretty to see. However when i got my food I was so amazed on the quality of the fish that I decided to give them another chance the next week. The second time they delivered in a respectable amount of time and the salmon and tuna was very fresh. I also become addicted with the queen salmon roll $10 (for raw salmon lover)…today i mostly order there. And they are always on time. I believe the first time i order there was theor first opening week and they were adjusting. Anyway i would recomend this place.

  2. Too lazy to make myself food after a long day at work, I decided to order from this restaurant (located less than 10 minutes from my home). The delivery took TWO HOURS. I called them to ask if they were busy, the female staff member said "your food should be there within 10 minutes…" I waited 20 minutes, still nothing. I called them again, a different person answered and this time, they said would call the deliveryman and get back to me. Another 20 minutes, no phone call. I called them back (HANGRY at this point) and asked them to cancel my order. A man responded. "Your delivery man got lost. Would you like for us to make you another order so that your food is fresh?"…………. This was past 10:30pm. I answered "no, I've already waited enough" and asked him for a refund. The man put me on hold for a few minutes, but agreed and told me to take the food when it arrived. The food arrived VERY LATE and when I opened my bag, the sushi was very poor quality where everything was mushy and warm. I had a few bites and threw out the rest, hoping that I wouldn't get sick the next day. I checked my bank account a few days later and this place charged me, no refund.

    I am very big on customer service. When you tell someone that you'll get back to them, you get back to them. When you tell someone that they'll receive a refund, they should see a refund. I called the restaurant today to tell them that I only see a charge in my bank account. The same man picked up and told me that the cannot find my order (even though I was able to provide him with the order #). He offered me credit to his restaurant and asked me if I could tip the delivery man. That's fine.

    BUT I don't understand how you don't recall this conversation or the fact that you "can't find my order #" when we spoke only a few days ago and my order was such a hot mess that I kept having to call. I hate to leave such a negative review on a restaurant with good ratings, but this place is not a restaurant I would recommend. I bumped you up a star since they offered to give me credit, but this credit would never have never happened if I hadn't followed up.
