Waited for 30 minutes (restaurant promises food/drinks delivered to you in 15 or less) for food that never came. Manager graciously gave me a full refund — even for the drink that did come, which was much appreciated. But the bartender was so nasty and rude, as though I was inconveniencing HER to have never received my food!
Extremely expensive….but it's an airport. Everything is ridiculous here. That said, the sushi here isn't half bad. I had 2 rolls and a few pieces…and the fish is really fresh.
Personally, I like the iPad ordering system. Less room for error and I'm generally not feeling terribly social when I'm traveling alone.
The tea was delicious and they came by to ask me if I wanted more water for my tea (which I didn't expect at all).
I ordered the ton katsu ramen. The broth was really greasy… the pork was really fatty… The broth had an old-meat kind of smell to it, I was immediately nauseous. It also didn't have a molten egg in it as it said in the description. No one came to check on me after they dropped off the food.
