  1. I've only had 1 sandwich there a while ago and while I wasn't the biggest fan, when I'm in the mood for some wings or some "eccentric" flavored pizzas, they're a great spot.

Waffle and chicken pizzza? Chipotle mac n cheese pizza? Yes please.

One of the best drunk food spots on Bell.

Craft beer and fancy sodas are great too.

  2. One late Tuesday night, my friend and I were scouring Bayside for food and took a chance on Krave It. It's a pretty spacious establishment that sells an extensive mix of sandwiches as well as salad, fries, and pizza. It took a bit of time for our food to be made, but I was pretty excited to try the unique sandwiches. Perhaps I shouldn't have been.

    – The Messi – I was most excited for this sandwich. Grilled sliced beef with chimichuri? I expected so much flavor…except there wasn't. My first bite left me wanting more, but the second, third, and all bites following were just mediocre.
    – The Lo Cal – there are green peppers in this sandwich that weren't listed on the menu. That made me sad because I'm not a fan of green peppers. Had there not been any, this sandwich might have been the better of the two.
    – Disco fries – pretty much reminded me of poutine, which I'm not a fan of because I like my fries crunchy, but I tried it anyway and was left unimpressed as expected. Although the fries came hot and fresh from the oven, they got cold quick when we were trying to eat them in between bites of sandwiches. Note: eat these first.

Given their huge selection, I might consider coming back to try some other sandwiches.

  3. Came in here today because Press was too busy.. And because I wanted to try it because Instagram has some great pictures. When you walk in it looks and smells like a pizzeria, but there is a wall on your left that has all their sandwiches. The Messi sandwich caught my eye and my boyfriend had the hot chick. We had the regular fries with the side of garlic aioli.

Messi-steak, mozzarella, onion and chimi on really good baguette. It reminded me of a philly cheese steak. I was imagining a hanger like steak with the mozzarella and onion and sauce. It was a good sandwich not great.

Hot chick-buffalo chicken blue cheese sandwich which was good too. But not great. Since my boyfriend only ate half.

The fries were on point. This place is not eco friendly with all the plastic that is used. Also no recycling set up and food is served in plastic buckets.

I may come back if I was in the neighborhood but not my top sandwich go to place.

  4. A pretty extensive menu with sandwiches, pizza and salads.

Placing an order online, we were told it would be ready at 12:15.  Arriving at said time I was told it would be a few more minutes.  I was the only one there.  The food was actually ready another 15 minutes later. I have no idea why.

I tried the Cuban sandwich and the bomber. The sandwiches are large and hearty. The Cuban was the better of the 2, but it's not going to be leaving me craving it again.  I've been told their pizza is the way to go.

This place has lots of potential and I think they still need to work out the kinks of time management and getting orders cooked in a timely manner.

  5. I am giving Krave a 5 star rating based on the food and my overall experience.  The decor is modern and pretty cool for a sandwich shop. The service was impeccable. The gentleman behind the counter with the glasses on was totally awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive.

When our sandwiches were delivered to our table they were piping hot with melted gooey cheese on fresh perfectly cooked bread.  I tried the skinny girl. Grilled chicken, Havarti cheese, arugula, and lemon vinaigrette. The chicken was flavorful and juicy. Perfectly seasoned and cooked. The Havarti was all melted around the chicken and was just cheesy creamy goodness. The arugula added just the right amount of bite and crunch to the sandwich. The second half was just as good today for lunch!

My yelp friend had the real deal chicken sandwich. I was so busy eating mine I didn't even try his. He gobbled it up and it looked amazing. Decent prices too! I highly recommend my fellow yelp friends visit this place if ever on Bell Blvd hungry for a delicious sandwich. Keep up the good work!

  6. I looooove pizza & I'm one of those who highly encourage creatively made pizzas and Krave It achieves that so well! I was able to choose from approximately 7 different pies (one had Doritos all over it- I'll probably be trying that next time). However, I opted for the Mac & cheese pizza + chipotle sauce- that rang up for $4.00. A little overpriced, yes (especially since the size of the slice wasn't that big as well). It was amazing. The pasta that was baked on top of the pizza wasn't hard in texture and it was rather cheesy but not oily at all. If you're looking for a healthier options, there's a wide range of dishes that you could choose from. They have an entire section devoted to just paleo dishes! My friend opted for the one that had baked plantains in it and she fell in love- despite feeling so bummed out that she couldn't eat the slice of pizza because of the strict diet she was on hahah. All in all, it was a great experience. The staff was super friendly and there are adequate seating inside the restaurant.

  7. First time experience….Placed my order over the phone….the girl on the other end of the phone you could tell wasn't paying attention.

Walked in, had to ask 3 different people if they were on line and they looked at me like zombies attached to their phones.  Common counter courtesy, place your order then get off the damn line..ugh that argument is always for another day.

I go to pick up my order and the same girl that answered the phone says oh it will be ready in 5 more minutes.  Then comes back to say oh we are out of this this and this.  How would it be ready in 5 minutes then??

I was almost ready to give up on the adventure until I'm assuming the owners wife swooped in and saved the day.  She was apologetic and understanding after I stood there waiting.  She was able to correct everything and replace my order.

She even through a piece of the chicken and waffle pizza in.

The food was actually delicious!! Work on the front staff and this place will be awesome.

We will be back to try again.

  8. This review is only for the pizza. Solid 3 stars.

They have mac and cheese slices! But not just one type – like 4-5 when I was there last. Pretty good and not too large or overwhelming. They have other unique specialty slices as well but I usually stick with the basics. Regular slice was standard. Their bottled soda/drink selection is a little different than the regular coca-cola brand items. My friend got one that literally tasted like BLUE. You know like a blue Italian ice or a blue jolly rancher. Not my go to spot but I would stop in again when in the area and in need of a quick bite to eat.
