  1. I've had this place bookmarked for awhile. I wasn't expecting it to be towards the shop rite in pal park, since all shops are by broad st. But can't be missed, so colorful and nice lights.  Came here because I was in the mood for a coffee but once I got there i saw there emense menu of beverages. So I decided hmm I think I'll try a fruit bubble tea.

What flavor? Passion fruit.  Best choice! It was so creamy and frothy…I've usually had bubble tea that's liquidy, but apparently It's suppose to have a thicker consistency. So fruity, tapioca balls on the bottom of course. Only thing the tapioca balls do tend to turn a tad hard because the bubble tea is so cold like a smoothie. It came in an adorable plastic cup.  I also tried their coffee courtesy if a friend who had one on hand , and I took a sip. So good, so fresh. Strong but not bitter….they make their coffee with that hourglass looking pot..I think it's called hand drip or something along those lines.

On the menu they also have a selection of sandwiches…some with kimchi, meaning I have to go back to have one. Pastries and cake selctions. Also they do sell the hand drip manual coffee makers as well as coffee and tea cups/mugs. The decor is super cute inside as you'll see from some pics I posted. The staff is a family and they were laid back and friendly.  I'm all about coffee spots so definitely give them a try, so far it's my second favorite coffee spot in bergen County.

  2. I'm craving one of their K-wraps right now… Absolutely delicious. Kudo is perfect for lunch or coffee. The staff is awesome and their coffee is the best in the area. I believe their coffee is roasted on site. The cold brew is perfectly refreshing for a hot sunny day. I also really love the space, especially the wall covered in a mural. Can't wait to come back to try everything else, especially their famous kudossant. And you get a free drink with your Yelp check in if you get an entree!

  3. Cute cafe with decent food. Perfect if you're looking to chat over a cup of coffee and maybe have a light snack. Their bubble tea menu is split into items with cream and without cream, which is helpful for vegans and the lactose intolerant. Their coffee is also good, and comes in many different brew styles. If you get iced coffee, they use ice cubes made from frozen coffee to keep it from getting diluted. Their kudossant is very good. A very light and flaky waffle, perfect for a snack while having your drink

  4. Im sold to Kudo Society.

This family run local coffee house/bistro is right down the block from King Spa. It is a perfect place to refuel after a long relaxing day in the sauna.

The open space has high ceilings and see through floor to ceiling windows which are all refreshing details. They have a photo wall mural that transports you right to the streets of Vienna.

This coffee shop sets the bar real high. It's definitely in another caliber than your local Starbucks. They roast all their exotic beans in-house. I'm usually not a regular coffee drinker but this joint could change a Pal Park person's lifestyle.

I had an expertly executed espresso macchiato. It came in a little dainty cup with delicious steamed milk. I like little cute things that pack a big punch. I also tried the hazelnut latte which wasn't overly sweet and was in a ginormous cup and I kept on going for more sips. They really got the velvety steamed milk on point here.

They offer salads and paninis which are all made to order. I didn't get to try any of these enjoy but I've noticed the patrons who did order these items seemed to enjoy their food and finished their plates. The owner occasionally walked around and made sure the customers were happy. I can tell customer service is definitely paramount here.

The Kudossaint was deliciously crispy on the outside and doughy on the inside. It kind of reminded me of a waffle/ Korean honey-cake we call "hot dduk." The powdered sugar gives jsut the right amount of sweetness to the plate. I'd definitely try it with some whipped cream or some other toppings next time.

Overall I was very pleased with the polite and cordial service and the super comfy chairs which make you want to stay a little longer than you anticipated. I can safely say If I was a Jersey-ite i'd be a religious member of this Kudo Society. This joint is a much needed addition to the community. Kudos! to a new neighborhood landmark.
