The Godfather is AMAZING! The cookies are soft and the filling is sweet. Very rich dessert that was great to share (if you didn't mind a bit of a mess)
They have a truck in Queens. One of the men behind the truck is rude. One day I asked for for an item listed on the menu, to which he replied "we don't have it today." I think it was the "Salted Caramel" tart or something along those lines. After he said he didn't have it, I said never mind and was about to leave, but decided to get their peanut butter cookies. They are quite decent. I also tried their coffee, which I also like. Here's the problem:
One of the men are very rude. When I came back to their truck to order something else, the rude man with the glasses said "Isn't that the customer who gave you a hard time?" "Um, yeah" wtf how did I give you a hard time by asking you a question. Also, he decided talking smack in front of a customer is cute. okay then.
fast forward a few days later, I come back(not a smart move, I know) to get a sugar cookie, because well, they are decent and a on-the-go snack. The dude is chatting his mouth away on the phone, window closed. Someone in front of me had to knock on the window to get the guy's attention. After that, he ended up closing the window(to the truck again) and continued to talk on the phone. I was busy so I left. Rude customer service though. smh Maybe I will try a different location in the future.
